All of our products are made to order and personalised specifically for you. Due to their custom nature, we do not accept returns.
Defective Items:
If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, we will offer a replacement. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with clear photos and details of the defect.
Delivery Issues:
If your order does not reach you, a replacement will not be processed immediately. We will first conduct a thorough investigation with the delivery provider to locate the item. A replacement will only be sent after the investigation confirms the delivery failure. We will only offer a replacement item for personalised gifts.
